Sunrisers Hyderabad Dominates Kolkata with Head and Abhishek’s Brilliance

Udaybir Sandhu has recently captured attention with his impressive portrayal of Pinda in the film “Dhurandhar The Revenge.” His character significantly influences the transformation of Hamza, played by Ranveer Singh. Despite having limited screen time, Udaybir’s performance has resonated well with audiences, prompting discussions about his talent and future in the industry.

In a recent interview, Udaybir reflected on his decade-long journey in the entertainment world, starting as a model in Delhi before venturing into auditions in Mumbai. He recounted the challenges he faced along the way, stating, “I have been around for 10 years… I made myself comfortable through ad films and faced various auditions for TV, movies, and web series.” His commitment to his craft is evident as he navigated through numerous auditions, each one a stepping stone toward his goals.

Udaybir also emphasized the unique struggles faced by newcomers in the industry. He remarked on the prolonged wait for breakthrough opportunities, likening it to waiting for a small door to open. “As an outsider, it is a little difficult to enter the industry… it takes time,” he explained. His candid insights offer a glimpse into the perseverance required to succeed in a competitive field.

The dynamic scene between Udaybir and Ranveer in “Dhurandhar 2,” which evolves into an intense confrontation, has particularly resonated with viewers. Udaybir’s memorable line, “Ghar di yaad nahi aayi tujhe, Jassi?” (Didn’t you miss home, Jassi?) has become a trending topic on social media, further elevating his profile among fans.

“Dhurandhar 2” serves as a sequel to the widely successful “Dhurandhar,” released in December 2025. The original film depicted Hamza’s infiltration of a Baloch gang in Lyrari, Pakistan, as part of a mission to dismantle a terror organization. The sequel promises to explore the backstory of Jaskirat’s transformation into Hamza, delving deeper into the character’s motivations and circumstances. The ensemble cast includes returning actors such as Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor.

The first installment of “Dhurandhar” received a remarkable box office reception, earning ₹1300 crore globally, and continues to be screened in theaters three months post-release. With increased anticipation for “Dhurandhar 2,” expectations are high for it to surpass the success of its predecessor.
