Abu Dhabi Community Development Launches “Family Space” Featuring 190 Digital Services

The Community Development Department in Abu Dhabi has launched the new “Family Space” initiative on the “Tam” platform during its participation in GITEX 2025. This project aims to support families by providing access to over 190 digital services through a unified and intelligent dashboard, ensuring a comprehensive digital experience that enhances service quality and efficiency while promoting the well-being of families and the community.

The department emphasized that “Family Space” is one of the leading innovative digital projects, developed in collaboration with the Government Empowerment Department and several governmental entities. This effort is part of their initiative to empower families and strengthen their connections through a seamless digital experience that addresses various everyday needs. The initiative allows family members to access unified services covering all life stages, from marriage and education services to support for the well-being of all family members, thereby enhancing stability and quality of life.

The project exemplifies the commitment of government entities to leverage digital transformation for human benefit, making essential government services easily accessible through the “Tam” platform, which provides a uniform, intelligent, and swift experience. The launch of the project aligns with the “Year of Community” initiative, reflecting the leadership’s vision of building a connected, sustainable community that keeps pace with global digital advancements, recognizing the family as the essential core of social development.

Comprehensive and Tailored Services

“Family Space” offers an interactive interface via a dedicated dashboard for each family, enabling access to services such as issuing official documents, registering children in schools, monitoring academic reports, and school transportation services. It also includes specialized services targeting specific groups, such as:

The platform incorporates innovative digital tools, including:

“Family Tree”: an interactive visual representation of family data, linking each individual to relevant services and information. “Modim” service: aimed at young couples preparing for marriage, offering financial and housing support along with a marriage preparation program. A dedicated panel for managing pet data and official documents. Managing data for household assistance categories.
