The Emirates Red Crescent Authority, the humanitarian arm of the UAE, has partnered with the Al Jalila Foundation, the charitable organization associated with Dubai Health, by signing a memorandum of understanding aimed at fortifying their humanitarian collaboration in health, education, and medical research.
