Los Angeles County authorities are currently investigating new allegations of sexual battery against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This development comes as Combs serves a four-year prison sentence linked to prostitution-related offenses.
The allegation stems from a reported incident involving a male music producer and publicist, who claimed he was invited to a photo shoot in 2020. According to this individual, Combs exposed himself and suggested that he should assist him, followed by actions that included throwing a dirty shirt at the accuser. The producer reported feeling embarrassed and did not disclose the incident for several years.
It wasn’t until September this year, after Combs’ conviction on other charges, that the accuser reached out to law enforcement in Largo, Florida. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received an official copy of the police report from Florida and has since launched an investigation into these new claims.
The report also mentions another alleged incident from March 2021. In this instance, the accuser claims he was ambushed by two men who covered his head before Combs entered the room and allegedly labeled him a “snitch.”
Combs, convicted in July for facilitating drug-fueled sexual encounters over several years with girlfriends and male sex workers, was acquitted of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have led to a life sentence. He is scheduled for release in May 2028, although he may reduce his sentence through participation in prison programs.
As the investigation unfolds, further developments are expected regarding both the new allegations and Combs’ existing legal troubles.
