Discovery of a New Species of Armored Lizard

A team of paleontologists has identified a new species of large armadillo-like lizard in southern Utah, USA.

The newly discovered creature is named “Bulgamondol.” It is characterized by its armored skull and a body covered in protective bones, measuring approximately one meter in length, comparable in size to modern savannah lizards.
