Dubai Charity Launches ‘Breeze of Goodness in the Summer Heat’

Dubai Charity Association has launched its summer campaign for 2025, themed “A Breath of Goodness in the Summer Heat,” in collaboration with its strategic partner, Dubai Islamic Bank. This initiative encompasses a range of humanitarian and charitable projects both within the UAE and in 15 other countries worldwide. The campaign aims to promote solidarity and compassion by providing support and assistance to those in need, alleviating their hardships during the sweltering summer months.

This year’s “A Breath of Goodness in the Summer Heat” campaign brings a renewed vision and expanded objectives, including the implementation of various public and endowment projects. Noteworthy aspects include providing cold drinks, ice cream, and distributing sun protection supplies to workers. The initiative also aims to cover electricity and water bills for underprivileged families and to supply air conditioners, refrigerators, and fans.

Additional provisions include water coolers and storage tanks, along with well-drilling projects in areas suffering from drought. This adds a significant new dimension to the goal of ensuring access to vital water sources in regions with scarcity. Ahmed Al-Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association, expressed pride in the launch of the “A Breath of Goodness in the Summer Heat” campaign in partnership with Dubai Islamic Bank.

He extended deep gratitude to the bank for its ongoing support of Dubai Charity’s initiatives and programs. This campaign reflects their commitment to enhancing human life, safeguarding health against natural elements, and preserving dignity, especially in the context of rising temperatures due to global warming and severe climate changes.
