In a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing women’s efficiency and preparing them for leadership positions in the future, Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Women’s Foundation, has launched the “SheLeads” program for aspiring female leaders. This event will take place from June 23 to 27 at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah in Dubai, in collaboration with Ashridge Business School in the UK.
The five-day program will include 25 leaders from mid-level management across 13 entities in both the public and private sectors. It is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary for future leadership roles while fostering their ambitions for a more impactful contribution to national development. The program aims to enhance their capabilities to assume potential future positions in leadership and decision-making within the country.
This initiative reflects Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed’s integral role in empowering Emirati women and reinforces Dubai’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment across various fields. It also highlights the Dubai Women’s Foundation’s renewed commitment to providing training opportunities and initiatives that uphold high global standards, contributing to a prosperous leadership future for working women.
