Dubai Police and Millennium School Collaborate to Boost Academic Partnership

The Dubai Police General Headquarters has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Millennium School, part of the GEMS Wellington Academy, to enhance collaboration and integration in the educational sector. This partnership aims to exchange expertise related to developmental and academic planning, thereby improving the quality of education and instilling values of safety and security among students.

The agreement was signed by Brigadier Badran Saeed Al Shamisi, Assistant General Commander for Academic Affairs and Training at the Dubai Police, and Ambika Gulati, the school’s Principal.

The memorandum outlines the development of joint programs and activities focusing on educational enhancement, operational planning, and the involvement of parents in the educational process. It also emphasizes the sharing of knowledge on modern teaching strategies, welfare and security programs, and the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.

Additionally, Dubai Police will organize awareness seminars for students regarding various safety aspects and facilitate opportunities for community engagement to enhance the understanding of local culture.

Brigadier Al Shamisi stated that this memorandum reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to supporting educational institutions and providing a secure school environment that improves students’ quality of life. He added, “Through this partnership, we aim to foster a culture of safety and security among students and share best academic practices.
