Dubai Police Hosts Awareness Lecture for Summer Program Participants

The Dubai Police General Headquarters, represented by the Positive Spirit Council in collaboration with the “Your Commitment is Happiness” initiative, along with the International Protection Center within the General Department for Drug Control, organized an informative lecture for students enrolled in the 2025 Summer Student Program. The event took place at the Zayed Educational Complex in the Al Barsha area.

Present at the lecture were Fatima Bouhagir, Chairperson of the Positive Spirit Council, Major Abdulaziz Al Shammari, Head of the Internal Activities Department at the General Training Department of Dubai Police, and Lieutenant Naibet Sultan Al Ketbi from the “Your Commitment is Happiness” initiative, along with staff and participants from the summer program.

Fatima Bouhagir emphasized that this informative session aims to enhance the security awareness of students involved in the summer program.

The lecture also featured a presentation by the “Your Commitment is Happiness” initiative, which addressed the responsibilities of sports audiences in stadiums as outlined by Federal Law No. 8 of 2014 regarding the security of facilities and sporting events. This is part of an effort to instill a culture of positive encouragement that reflects the civilized image of the state in sports venues, alongside executing various student activities.
