Egypt has expressed its hope that the agreement signed today in Cairo between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will lead to a new path in the negotiations concerning Iran’s nuclear program.
During a joint press conference held with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty stated, “We hope this agreement opens the door for… reconciling viewpoints with the three European countries, allowing for an understanding that facilitates a return to the negotiating table between Iran and the United States, ultimately leading to a comprehensive and satisfactory agreement.”
