Emergency Session of the Security Council on Wednesday to Discuss Israeli Airstrikes on Doha

The United Nations Security Council is set to hold an emergency session on Wednesday to address the recent airstrikes carried out by Israel in Doha, which reportedly targeted a meeting of Hamas leaders, according to diplomatic sources.

Sources indicate that the session will commence at 15:00 (19:00 GMT) following a request primarily from Algeria and Pakistan.
