The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security has been awarded the Customer Experience Service Award in the Gulf Cooperation Council, excelling in the categories of “Best Digital Application” and “Best Customer Experience Strategy.” The ceremony took place at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai, organized by AWARDS INTERNATIONAL, a UK-based organization.
Lieutenant General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, the Director General of the Authority, stated that the award reflects the Authority’s success in implementing its strategy aimed at strengthening its relationship with customers. This is achieved by enhancing the performance of identity, citizenship, customs, and port security services, alongside a commitment to providing innovative solutions and improving proactive digital services efficiently and effectively.
He further emphasized the Authority’s dedication to enhancing customer experiences and meeting their expectations for easy, quick, and secure services accessible from anywhere. This involves simplifying procedures, minimizing bureaucracy, and collecting data electronically. Customers are actively engaged in the creative design of services, ensuring a pleasant, fast, and seamless experience. These efforts support the UAE Government’s principles for future services focused on putting people first and aim to position the UAE as a global leader in governmental service indicators.
