Interactive Workshops by UAE University at the Arab Media Summit

The United Arab Emirates University is participating in the Arab Media Summit by organizing several workshops focused on youth and media. Additionally, experts from Japan and India will present their innovative experiences in launching digital startups and promoting sustainable media practices.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Raisi, acting President of the UAE University, stated: “We are committed to taking part in this new edition of the summit with an engaging and significant series of workshops. These sessions highlight the utilization of technology and artificial intelligence as tools for shaping the future of media. Our participation aims to strengthen the university’s role as an academic institution in linking the challenges of the job market with academic curricula, ensuring that graduates are equipped with the competencies and skills needed in today’s workforce.”

He added: “Through our involvement, we aim to learn about best practices showcased by local and Arab media entities, which we can incorporate into our academic programs as case studies, and to stay updated on the latest research in Arab media.” He emphasized that the UAE University plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Arab media through its exceptional participation in this summit, recognized as the largest media gathering in the region.
