Jim Carrey’s Unrecognizable Look Sparks Discussion on His Split with Jenny McCarthy

Ranveer Singh’s latest film, Dhurandhar The Revenge, has become a remarkable hit at the box office since its release. Directed by Aditya Dhar, this film has garnered significant attention, including praise from cricket star Virat Kohli, who recently shared his thoughts on social media.

Kohli described Dhurandhar as a “cinematic experience” unlike anything he had seen in Indian cinema. He highlighted the film’s emotional depth and commended Aditya Dhar for his artistic vision while giving a special mention to Ranveer Singh for his standout performance.

On Instagram, Kohli expressed his admiration after watching the film. He wrote, “Saw the film today and dare I say that I’ve never ever seen a cinematic experience like this made in India. It brought out every kind of emotion to the surface and I didn’t flinch once for almost 4 hours.” His review included a poster of the film alongside his sincere accolades.

Kohli further praised Dhar as a genius, saying, “@adityadharfilms your talent and conviction is reflected in what you’ve created. Hats off to you.” He continued by highlighting Singh’s performance, stating that he has reached a new level as an actor. “@ranveersingh you have attained a different level after this movie and your performance was beyond brilliant. Absolutely WOW,” he added.

Dhar expressed his gratitude for Kohli’s review, calling him a “once-in-a-generation legend.” The filmmaker remarked that receiving praise from Kohli “just hits different” and shared his feelings on social media, stating, “Wooowww! Can’t believe this is happening, Virat. This genuinely means so much.” Dhar also acknowledged Kohli’s influence, saying, “The way you carry the country every time you step out inspires us.”

Dhurandhar The Revenge is a sequel to the original film, which was released in December 2025 and was a blockbuster, grossing over ₹1300 crore worldwide. The second part debuted on March 19, achieving a remarkable opening of ₹145 crore. So far, it has surpassed ₹1600 crore in global collections, making it the first Hindi film to earn over ₹1000 crore net at the domestic box office.

The sequel focuses on Ranveer Singh’s character, Hamza, as he penetrates terror networks in Lyari. Released in theatres on March 19, the film dives deeper into Hamza’s backstory, revealing his motivations and detailing his quest to control the power dynamics in Lyari while confronting a terror network that poses a threat to India.

In addition to Singh, the film features a talented cast including Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, R. Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt, each delivering compelling performances that contribute to the film’s overall success.
