Kendra Duggar’s Instagram Posts Raise Questions About Joseph’s Actions

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan recently shared insights into his upbringing and the challenges his family faced before achieving success. While he enjoys a comfortable lifestyle today, his journey began in a lower-middle-class household, where love and support outweighed financial resources.

In a candid discussion on the show “Be A Man, Yaar!”, Varun reflected on his childhood memories. He noted that his father dedicated long hours to filmmaking, resulting in a modest lifestyle. Varun emphasized, “I got more love in childhood than wealth.” He recounted how his family’s financial struggles shaped his perspective, recalling moments of traveling to school in an auto-rickshaw and the adjustments they had to make when his father’s films faced setbacks.

His mother played a crucial role in instilling resilience, often reminding Varun of the sacrifices his father made in pursuit of his career. “Mum used to say, ‘The food you’re eating is because your father is working,’” Varun explained. Such reminders served as both motivation and context for understanding their financial situation.

David Dhawan, Varun’s father, began his career as an editor in the 1984 film “Saaransh.” He subsequently transitioned to directing, gaining prominence with his hit comedies in the 1990s, including “Aankhen,” “Hero No.1,” and “Partner.” Over his prolific career, David has directed nearly 45 films, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the Indian film industry.

Varun followed in his father’s footsteps, initially working as an assistant director before making his acting debut in Karan Johar’s “Student of the Year.” This film catapulted him to fame, leading to a series of successful projects such as “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania” and “Badlapur.”

Looking ahead, the Dhawan family is excited about their upcoming film, “Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai,” which features a talented cast that includes Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. Originally set for a June 4 release, the film’s premiere was rescheduled to June 12 to avoid competition with another film, “Toxic.”

The father-son collaboration showcases their enduring bond and shared passion for cinema, highlighting both their individual journeys and their collective contributions to the industry.
