Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council Discuss Security and Stability with Trump

In this regard, he emphasized the necessity of coordinating efforts to establish a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians, and reaching a just resolution that guarantees the rights of the Palestinian people through the establishment of an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
He remarked, “The ties between the GCC nations and the United States go beyond traditional relations; they have reached unprecedented levels, driven by a mutual desire for cooperation that has led to significant partnerships and achievements in emerging fields, including artificial intelligence, modern technology, space exploration, and the development of civil nuclear energy programs, among others.”

Arrival
Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, arrived in Riyadh yesterday, heading the UAE delegation to the Gulf Cooperation Council–U.S. summit on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
Upon his arrival at King Khalid International Airport, he was welcomed by Prince Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh, along with several senior Saudi officials. After participating in the summit, Sheikh Khalid departed Riyadh yesterday.
He was accompanied by a delegation that included Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, Head of the Crown Prince’s Court, Ali bin Hamad Al Shamshi, Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, as well as Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the United States, Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Assistant Minister for Political Affairs, Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, and Mariam Eid Al Muhairi, Head of the Abu Dhabi Media Office.
