This week, the selection phase began for candidates of the “Mohammed bin Hamad Leadership Development Program.” A dedicated committee has been established to conduct personal interviews and assess leadership skills of the candidates, aiming to select the most qualified individuals to join the program.
This phase is a crucial step prior to the official approval of the participants and the commencement of the educational curriculum.
The program is one of the distinguished initiatives launched by the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, designed to develop and enhance leadership skills among the aspiring youth of Fujairah, preparing them for leadership roles and managing strategic and transformative projects within the emirate.
Launched last June under the patronage and attendance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the program aims to empower young leaders.
Dr. Ali bin Nayef Al Teneiji, Director of the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, emphasized that the program is inspired by the vision of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah to cultivate ambitious and innovative leaders, equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate future challenges.
Furthermore, he highlighted that the program serves as a fundamental pillar of Fujairah’s vision for a brighter future, focusing on harnessing and motivating young talents to become part of the nation’s development.
