His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Court, presided over a meeting of the Ministerial Council for Development held at the Al Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi. The session focused on discussing suggestions and developmental projects submitted by various ministries and federal entities across different sectors of governmental work.
The agenda included deliberations on government strategies and policies outlined for the council’s review, covering areas such as education, family empowerment, biodiversity, the judicial system, financial markets, and support for entrepreneurship, along with evaluations of federal ministries’ performance in delivering government services and initiatives for digital development.
The council also assessed proposed legislation and regulatory frameworks related to public benefit organizations, the energy sector, and the establishment of several specialized federal committees, as well as recommendations to enhance productivity and efficiency of human resources within the federal government.
Furthermore, the council reviewed updated regulations in the fields of healthcare and social development and discussed requests from the Federal National Council regarding various issues related to the country’s infrastructure network.
