The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Expresses Its Deepest Condolences to the Families of the Victims and the Government and People of India
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, extended heartfelt condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India and to the Indian people and the families affected by the tragic passenger plane crash in Ahmedabad.
The Sheikh reaffirmed the UAE’s solidarity with India in a post shared on platform X following the incident.
In his message, he stated: “My deepest condolences and sympathy go to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the friendly Indian people, as well as to the families of the victims of the passenger plane crash in Ahmedabad. We stand with India in this tragic event.”
Additionally, the United Arab Emirates expressed sincere condolences and solidarity with the Republic of India regarding the victims of the Indian Airlines flight crash near Ahmedabad Airport, which resulted in numerous fatalities.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement, conveying its heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the Government and friendly people of India during this sorrowful time.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and the Canadian Prime Minister engaged in a phone call to discuss the relations between their countries and shared issues.
