The General Secretariat of the Federal National Council organized a specialized training program on “Etiquette and Protocol” at its headquarters in Dubai. Dr. Omar Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Federal National Council, honored the participants by presenting them with certificates of completion, in the presence of Tarek Ahmed Al Marzooqi, Assistant Secretary-General for Council Affairs.
