Pioneering Humanitarian Contributes 20 Million Dirhams to “Stop the Life” Campaign

A prominent figure in the humanitarian sector of the UAE has made a generous contribution of 20 million dirhams to the “Waqqf Al-Hayah” campaign, aimed at supporting individuals with chronic illnesses and people of determination. This initiative was launched by the Abu Dhabi Waqf and Minors’ Funds Authority under the motto “With You for Life.”

This engagement from the community and impactful contributions to the campaign highlight the deep-rooted culture of solidarity and generosity within Emirati society, showcasing the spirit of social responsibility among its individuals and institutions, all in support of national initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainable healthcare.

The primary objective of the “Waqqf Al-Hayah” campaign is to establish a sustainable and ongoing funding source to aid in the treatment of those afflicted with chronic diseases and to bolster the healthcare system’s resilience to future challenges.

The campaign also aims to gather donations to create a waqf whose investments will cover medical expenses for individuals with chronic conditions, in addition to utilizing the waqf funds to enhance healthcare services, provide medicines, and offer psychological support to patients.
