Saud bin Saqr Issues Royal Decree Appointing Director General of Human Resources Department in Ras Al Khaimah

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued an Emiri Decree No. (19) for the year 2025, appointing Ms. Sara Ahmed Abdullah Mohammed Al Zaabi as the Director General of the Human Resources Department in Ras Al Khaimah. This appointment will take effect on October 20, 2025, and it will be published in the official gazette.

Ms. Al Zaabi brings over 23 years of extensive experience in human resources management and corporate development, gained through her leadership roles in various governmental and private entities. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing in career counseling from the Higher Colleges of Technology. Additionally, she has earned several prestigious professional certifications and participated in advanced leadership programs accredited by organizations such as ACI and SHRM, among others.
