The seventh edition of the annual Indian Trade and Cultural Entertainment Exhibition, Discover Kerala 2025, is scheduled to take place in Sharjah from May 9 to May 11. This exhibition serves as a prominent platform dedicated to celebrating and showcasing Indian culture, with a particular focus on Kerala.
As announced by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Expo Centre, which will host the event, over 300 exhibitors are expected to participate. This will include various government bodies, major institutions, and private enterprises from different economic sectors in both the UAE and India.
The event aims to draw more than 275,000 attendees.
Strengthening Business Ties between Sharjah and India
Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General for Communication and Business Sector at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, highlighted that the Chamber supports the exhibition in alignment with its mission to enhance the business landscape in Sharjah and to bolster economic relationships with India, a crucial trade partner for the UAE.
He emphasized that the exhibition will serve as an excellent venue for connecting the business sectors of Sharjah and Kerala, enabling them to explore investment opportunities and forge beneficial business collaborations.

Jamal Bouzanjal, Director of the Corporate Communications Department, noted that the Discover Kerala exhibition attracts a significant number of entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses from vital economic sectors.
He mentioned that this event not only promotes Indian products and services within the region but also exposes the Indian business sector to the ample opportunities available in Sharjah.

Sultan Mohammed Al Amrani, Commercial Director of Expo Centre Sharjah, pointed out that the centre is fully equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure that the Discover Kerala exhibition successfully enhances the ties between the UAE and India.
