The 54th Union Day Team Showcases Celebration Efforts

The team for the 54th Union Day has called upon representatives from the seven emirates to work collaboratively under this year’s theme: “United.” This year’s celebrations are set to embody the spirit of unity and highlight the cultural and social bonds shared by all who call the UAE home.

This meeting served as a practical platform for creating a unified national narrative while respecting the cultural uniqueness of each emirate. Discussions held under the “United” theme focused on joint planning, sharing experiences, and organizing simultaneous events that will bring communities together across the nation. These activities will align with the celebrations starting from Flag Day on November 3 and culminating in Union Day on December 2.

Furthermore, the identity of Union Day has been confirmed as a cohesive visual language throughout the country. The dynamic logo and adaptable elements provide a framework for creative collaboration among various organizations and initiatives. These joint efforts ensure representation for each emirate, facilitate the expression of diverse celebration methods, and involve everyone in crafting an authentic national narrative that is deeply rooted locally yet united on a national level.

The Union Day team shared the story behind the visual identity that inspired the design, as well as how these flexible elements can be utilized. As the celebration approaches, the team encourages preparation for special festivities by utilizing the visual identity guidelines available on the site: EidAlEtihad.ae, and to stay updated on upcoming offerings.
