Tragic News: Pawan Kalyan Shares Details on KGF 2 Co-Director’s Loss

Kirtan Nadagouda, a notable name in the Kannada film industry, has recently transitioned into Telugu cinema as well. Tragically, he and his wife, Samriddhi Patel, are mourning the loss of their four-year-old son, Sonarsh K Nadagouda. The heartbreaking news has drawn condolences from various quarters, including prominent actor and politician Pawan Kalyan.

Pawan Kalyan has publicly confirmed the tragic event, revealing that Sonarsh’s death occurred after he was stuck in an elevator. The Deputy Chief Minister expressed his sorrow on social media, stating this loss has deeply saddened him. In his message, Kalyan extended heartfelt condolences to Kirtan and Samriddhi, wishing them strength in this incredibly difficult time.

Kirtan Nadagouda has played a vital role in the direction department for several successful Kannada films, gaining recognition while co-directing major projects like KGF Chapter 2 and Salaar. He is also gearing up to make his directorial debut in the Telugu film industry, with a horror movie slated for release following its launch ceremony held in November 2025.

In addition to his film career, Pawan Kalyan holds the position of Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, balancing his political responsibilities with his acting career. His recent films, including the big-budget productions Hari Hara Veera Mallu and They Call Him OG, have generated significant attention. Kalyan is currently filming Ustaad Bhagat Singh, expected to debut in 2026. On a personal note, he has been married three times, sharing children with both his second and third wives.
