UFC Veteran Tim Means Under Investigation for Alleged Assault on Daughter

Days after the leak of H Vinoth’s film Jana Nayagan, another incident has emerged in Kollywood as Nelson Dilikumar’s highly anticipated Jailer 2 faces a leak. A short video clip from the Rajinikanth-starring film has started to circulate on social media, prompting production house Sun Pictures to issue a stern warning.

The footage, allegedly filmed on set, quickly gained traction among fans and on social platforms. In response, Sun Pictures released a statement urging individuals to refrain from sharing the clip. The production company urged fans and media to avoid the dissemination of such content to prevent complications with their online accounts.

Sun Pictures confirmed its anti-piracy team is actively addressing the situation by removing unauthorized content and taking measures against those involved in sharing the clips. The team is keeping a close watch on social media to ensure compliance.

In its warning, the production house stressed that it would not be responsible for any repercussions, including potential account suspensions, for those who choose to share the video. They emphasized the importance of cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the film’s release.

This incident follows the recent leak of an HD print of Vijay’s unreleased film, Jana Nayagan, which was posted online across various platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube. Authorities in Chennai have arrested nine individuals in connection with that case, with further investigations being led by the Cyber Crime department.

Jailer 2 is a sequel to the successful 2023 film Jailer and is directed by Nelson. Rajinikanth will reprise his iconic role as ‘Tiger’ Muthuvel Pandian, with Ramya Krishnan returning as his wife, Vijaya. The first installment of the franchise achieved significant commercial success, grossing over ₹600 crore globally. Notable actors Shiva Rajkumar and Mohanlal are also set to reprise their roles from the original, while Mithun Chakraborty takes on a pivotal part in the sequel. A release date for Jailer 2 has yet to be announced.
