The exhibition will encompass various sectors, including water, energy, smart cities, green mobility, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and more.
His Excellency Saied Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA and founder of the exhibition, stated: “WETEX reflects the UAE’s strong commitment to sustainability and enhances Dubai’s position as a leading global hub for the green economy.”
Over the years, the exhibition has solidified its status as one of the premier global events in this field, serving as a platform to showcase the latest innovations in clean energy, water, and sustainability. It also fosters partnerships that contribute to achieving global climate goals and accelerating the transition to a green economy.
Each year, WETEX brings together industry leaders, investors, innovators, and government officials from around the world to share knowledge, explore opportunities, and collaborate toward building a more sustainable and resilient future.
WETEX serves as a leading platform that connects entities from both the public and private sectors to discover the latest innovations and forge strong partnerships across various sectors, thus enhancing collaboration in sustainability initiatives and energy sector transformation while supporting global efforts to adapt to climate change.
Additionally, the exhibition offers a strategic opportunity for international companies and organizations seeking to enter new markets and establish investment deals within one of the most prepared green economies for the future.
Since its inception, WETEX has experienced rapid growth, attracting 50,598 visitors and over 2,800 exhibitors from 65 countries in 2024, along with hosting 21 international pavilions.
WETEX 2025 is set to contribute to accessing international markets and pave the way for tangible results through partnerships, innovation, and investment.
