The leased space is situated in One Lodha Place and has a carpet area of 731 square feet. Included in the deal is one dedicated car parking space. The agreement was formalized with a stamp duty of ₹72,600 and registration charges totaling ₹1,000, along with a security deposit of ₹17 lakh.
Monthly rent details outline an initial payment of ₹4.25 lakh for the first year, with a planned increment of 5% each subsequent year. This structured approach sees the rent increase to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year, ₹4.68 lakh in the third, ₹4.91 lakh in the fourth, and ultimately ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth year. Overall, the cumulative rental value across the lease term amounts to ₹2.81 crore, with the transaction formally registered on March 24, 2026.
Madhuri Dixit, a prominent figure in Hindi cinema, continues to make significant strides in her career.
