Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Wednesday that he is open to “any form of negotiation” to bring an end to the conflict with Russia. He noted that he would determine the “actions to be taken” once it becomes clear who will represent Moscow in the upcoming talks set to take place in Istanbul on Thursday.
In his daily address, Zelensky emphasized, “I am waiting to see who will attend from Russia. After that, I will decide on the steps Ukraine will take.” He further affirmed that Ukraine is “ready for any form of negotiation and we are not afraid of meetings.
