Television actor Ashnoor Kaur recently addressed her experience on Salman Khan’s reality show, Bigg Boss 19, highlighting concerns regarding editing that misrepresented her participation. After being evicted from the show for an altercation with contestant Tanya Mittal, Kaur reflected on the limited portrayal of her actions in a recent interview.
Kaur expressed disappointment over significant moments being omitted from the show’s final cut. Upon her departure, she asked her parents if they had seen her confrontations with other contestants, only to find out they had not been aired. She noted, “What actually happened is that they picked up just one track and showed me with only one person, whereas I was taking stands and fighting with other people in the house on issues I thought were worthy enough to fight for.”
In her comments, Ashnoor emphasized that her dynamics with various housemates, including Zeishan, Baseer, and Amaal, were not represented in the broadcast. This lack of visibility contributed to a skewed audience perception of her engagement in the house. Kaur acknowledged the practical difficulties in showcasing every moment within time constraints but insisted that the portrayal created a misleading narrative about her contributions. “I was doing my things in my own way, but those things were not shown at all,” she stated.
The finale of Bigg Boss 19 occurred on December 7, where actor Gaurav Khanna was crowned the winner, triumphing over contestants Farrhana Bhatt and Pranit More. Along with the trophy, Khanna received ₹50 lakh in prize money and won a car in one of the show’s tasks. Salman Khan also expressed intentions to collaborate with him in the future.
