Bobby Deol and Tania’s Company Acquires Five Offices in Mumbai for ₹15.05 Cr

Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol, through their company Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, have made a notable acquisition in Mumbai’s commercial real estate sector. They have purchased five office units, totaling over 3,400 square feet, located in Andheri for approximately ₹15.05 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix.

These office units are situated in Yura Business Park – Phase 2, a building that is under construction and is expected to be completed by December 2027. Interestingly, the Deols’ new property is in the same building where the Roshan family, including Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, already owns a total of 10 office units.

Documentation concerning the sale indicates that the transaction was finalized on February 27, 2026. The developer, Yura Business Park Private Limited, sold the units to the Deols. The transaction came with a stamp duty of over ₹90 lakh and an additional registration fee of around ₹1.50 lakh.

The office units purchased by Bobby and Tania Deol include five designated car parking spaces. As the building is still under construction, the couple is set to wait until December 2027 to take possession of their property.

The Roshan family recently invested heavily in the same building, acquiring 10 office units for ₹28 crore. Both Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, have stakes through their respective firms, HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd.

The property registrations for the Roshan family’s purchases were completed on November 27, 2025. Their combined office space amounts to approximately 6,968 square feet, with individual units varying from 769 to 852 square feet.

While inquiries made to Tania Deol’s firms did not yield a response, the real estate activity in this sector, particularly among prominent personalities, continues to attract attention. The market in Mumbai remains dynamic, showcasing significant developments and transactions.
