Farrhana Bhatt Faces Backlash for Insulting Gaurav Khanna in Bigg Boss 19

The latest episode of Bigg Boss 19 has stirred significant controversy following a heated exchange between Farrhana Bhatt and Gaurav Khanna. The confrontation escalated when Farrhana referred to Gaurav as “aurat” (woman) in a derogatory manner, prompting widespread backlash from viewers on social media. Many fans are now calling for Salman Khan to intervene and discipline her for the insensitive comment.

Tensions flared during a captaincy task that involved housemates walking on a guitar, with aggressive pushing leading to confrontations. In the first round, Shehbaz and Tanya were eliminated, allowing Shehbaz to take on the role of task in charge. The second round witnessed a clash between Farrhana and Mridul, which set the stage for further disputes.

Farrhana was visibly upset with Mridul’s aggressive behavior and confronted Gaurav for not stepping in. Her choice of words escalated the situation, leading her to make the offensive remark about Gaurav’s gender, to which he retorted by challenging her to reveal her true character.

The incident has not gone unnoticed online, with many people expressing their disapproval of Farrhana’s comments. A user on Reddit questioned whether being a woman is now considered something negative, while others described her language as offensive. There is a growing sentiment that her behavior is unacceptable for national television, with calls for her removal from the show gaining traction.

This is not Farrhana’s first controversy in the house. Earlier in the season, she clashed with fellow contestants Baseer Ali and Kunickaa Sadanand, making offensive remarks about their families. Her behavior previously drew criticism from Salman Khan, and it remains to be seen how he will respond again following this latest incident.

As the season progresses, Farrhana finds herself at risk of eviction, having been nominated by Amaal alongside contestants Abhishek Bajaj, Neelam Giri, Ashnoor Kaur, and Gaurav Khanna. Speculation of a double eviction this week is circulating, with confirmation expected during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Fans can catch the latest developments on the show, which airs at 9:30 pm on JioHotstar and at 10:30 pm on Colours TV.
