Govinda’s Manager Reveals Details of Midnight Attack on the Actor

Bollywood actor Govinda has found himself in the spotlight recently due to alarming claims made regarding his safety. His manager, Shashi Sinha, has addressed these concerns, asserting that the actor is not under any delusion about being endangered. Sinha detailed an unsettling incident where Govinda allegedly confronted attackers at his residence, armed with a firearm.

During a conversation with ANI, Sinha was questioned about rumors suggesting that Govinda believes people are intent on harming him. He firmly rejected this notion, explaining that the actor had been targeted with threatening calls. Sinha recounted a specific incident that occurred late at night when numerous individuals gathered outside Govinda’s home. He expressed gratitude for the actor’s preparedness, highlighting the potential severity of the situation had Govinda lacked a firearm.

Further details revealed that there was no security personnel present during the alarming event. Sinha claimed to have video evidence of the incident and indicated that a formal complaint had been lodged with the police. He lashed out at critics, urging them to cease their negative commentary about Govinda and to refrain from labeling him unfairly.

Specifics regarding the timeline of the purported attack remain vague. However, Govinda was previously in the news in October 2024 due to a hospital stay following a gunshot wound. Authorities at the time described the injury as self-inflicted, with no signs of foul play suggested. After being released from the hospital, the actor clarified the circumstances surrounding the incident. He explained that an accidental discharge occurred when his revolver fell, resulting in a significant injury.

Govinda emphasized the need for caution and urged the public not to misconstrue the unfortunate event. He expressed gratitude to those who supported him during his recovery. The veteran actor has recently appeared in the film “Rangeela Raja” and has also taken on the role of a judge in the television series “Dance Bangla Dance.
