Sirene by Gaia

A beachside counterpart to the popular Greek restaurant in DIFC, Sirene is the largest luxury beach club globally. Opened recently, it has quickly established itself as a favored spot within the city. Sheikh Mohammed visited this venue while touring J1 Beach, and the hosts shared their delight in welcoming the Dubai Ruler.

Gerbou

Sheikh Mohammed was seen at Gerbou shortly after its opening earlier this year. Situated in an elegant Jumeirah villa dating back to 1987, Gerbou is a brainchild of the team behind acclaimed restaurants like One Michelin Star 11 Woodfire and the refined French RSVP. This collaborative effort aims to elevate Emirati dining experiences.

Gigi Rigolatto

Immediately after Gigi Rigolatto opened at J1 Beach last year, Sheikh Mohammed visited the venue. Known for its beautiful beachfront position and exquisite cuisine, Gigi Rigolatto offers a luxurious experience with its infinity pool, comfortable sunbeds, and private cabanas. The restaurant showcases a fantastic selection of Italian dishes, from classic pastas to fresh seafood, and features a Bellini Bar with an extensive array of handcrafted cocktails.

Scalini Cucina

In November 2024, Sheikh Mohammed and other members of the Royal family visited Scalini Cucina in Dubai Mall. This casual version of the acclaimed fine dining restaurant presents irresistible homemade Italian dishes.

Bkry

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum graced Alserkal’s popular venue, bkry, on June 12, 2024. The restaurant expressed their gratitude on social media, stating how honored they were by His Highness’s visit.

Cipriani Dolci

Sheikh Mohammed was seen at the new location of this stylish Italian restaurant in January 2024, accompanied by a group. The Cipriani legacy spans four generations, evolving from a single restaurant in 1931 into a globally recognized hospitality brand, with locations in DIFC and Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi.

Armani Hotel

During last Ramadan, Sheikh Mohammed was spotted at the trendy Armani Hotel Dubai as he broke his fast outside, with images circulating on social media. The venue offers picturesque views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain, which glows at night.

Alaya

With a passion for culinary excellence, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum bestowed his approval on Chef Izu Ani’s latest venture, Alaya. A video shared on Chef Izu’s Instagram shows Sheikh Mohammed sharing a handshake and laughter with the chef outside the restaurant, which combines Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.

CÉ LA VI

This renowned Singapore-based restaurant secured the Ruler of Dubai’s approval following his visit in February 2020. Known for contemporary Asian cuisine and stunning views of the Dubai skyline, it’s situated on the 54th floor terrace of Address Sky Views, renowned for its outdoor infinity pool.

Shanghai Me

Sheikh Mohammed was seen dining at Shanghai ME in DIFC with friends in September 2020. The restaurant is celebrated for its classic East Asian dishes, each featuring a unique twist.

Gaia

In 2021, Sheikh Mohammed visited Gaia in DIFC, a restaurant created by Chef Izu Ani. The menu offers innovative Mediterranean dishes, including seafood orzo and an exceptional mille-feuille that stands out from any typical dessert.
