Kashish Kapoor from Bigg Boss 18 Reports Cook for Theft and Assault

Kashish Kapoor, a contestant from Bigg Boss 18, has recently made headlines after alleging that her cook stole ₹7 lakh from her residence. In a detailed video she shared on her YouTube channel, Kashish recounted the alarming events surrounding the theft and also mentioned an assault she experienced at the hands of the cook.

In accordance with a report from Mid-Day, Kashish has filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the Amboli Police Station. She resides in the New Ambivali Society located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, and her cook, identified as Sachin Kumar Chaudhary, had been employed in her home for approximately five months.

The incident unfolded when Kashish discovered that an envelope containing ₹7 lakh in cash, which she intended to deposit into her mother’s account, was missing from her locker. Upon rushing to confront the cook, who was about to leave, she found him denying any wrongdoing. However, during the confrontation, a wad of cash fell from his pockets, increasing Kashish’s suspicions regarding the theft.

In her video, Kashish described a frightening moment when the cook allegedly pinned her against the wall and threatened her against calling for help. She emphasized the shock and disbelief she felt in her own home during this assault, underscoring the emotional turmoil of the situation as she sought to protect herself.

After the encounter, Kashish quickly sought assistance from her security guard in an attempt to stop the cook from fleeing. As she rushed down from her 20th-floor residence, she expressed feeling physically ill, overwhelmed by the chaos of the situation. Despite her distress, she remained resolute in her determination to resolve the matter.

To further address the situation, Kashish managed to deceive the cook into returning to her home, where she had already notified the police. They subsequently visited the police station to file the FIR. While the cook reportedly admitted to stealing ₹50,000, Kashish vehemently disputed this amount as a lie. The investigating officers have confirmed that they are looking into the case but have not provided assurances about recovering the stolen funds. Currently, Kashish is in Singapore for work-related commitments.

Kashish Kapoor was a notable participant on Bigg Boss 18, joining fellow contestants such as Shilpa Shirodkar, Shehzada Dhami, Chahat Pandey, and Vivian Dsena in the reality show, which aired from October 6, 2024, to January 19, 2025.
