Madhuri Dixit, the celebrated Indian actress, has recently secured a commercial office space on lease in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The lease spans five years, with a total rental obligation of ₹2.81 crore, according to property documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The office unit is situated within One Lodha Place, covering a carpet area of 731 square feet. The arrangement includes one designated car parking space, and the leasing agreement lists a stamp duty of ₹72,600 and registration charges of ₹1,000, alongside a security deposit of ₹17 lakh.
Details of the rental agreement reveal that the lease term is set for 60 months. The initial monthly rent is ₹4.25 lakh, with an annual increment of 5%. As a result, the rent will rise to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year, ₹4.68 lakh in the third, ₹4.91 lakh in the fourth, and culminate at ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth year.
The total rental value accumulated over the five-year period is projected to be ₹2.81 crore. This transaction was formalized on March 24, 2026, with the property leased from Rinku Parikshit Joshi. Attempts to reach Joshi for comment were unsuccessful.
