Priyanka Chopra Set to Present at Oscars 2026 with Hollywood A-Listers

Actor Priyanka Chopra is set to return as a presenter at the upcoming 98th Academy Awards, as announced by the Academy. This year, she joins a prestigious lineup of stars including Robert Downey Jr. and Anne Hathaway, highlighting her continued presence in major film events.

Chopra shared the news with her followers on Instagram, expressing her excitement for the ceremony on March 15, 2026. She previously presented an Oscar during the 2016 event and has also lent her talents to the Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy Awards. In addition to Chopra, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone participated in the Oscars last year, during which the song “Naatu Naatu” from the film RRR won the award for Best Original Song.

The list of presenters for this year’s ceremony includes a diverse group of talents such as Will Arnett, Paul Mescal, and Gwyneth Paltrow, with several others already confirmed including Adrien Brody, Javier Bardem, and Chris Evans. This year’s Oscar ceremony showcases not only the presenters but also the celebration of cinematic achievements, with Ryan Coogler’s film Sinners making headlines by securing a record-breaking 16 nominations.

The 98th Oscars will take place at the Dolby Theatre in Ovation Hollywood. Sinners surpassed previous nomination records held by All About Eve, Titanic, and La La Land, all of which received 14 nominations. Other noteworthy films competing for awards this year include Hamnet, Sentimental Value, and One Battle After Another.

Chopra’s recent work includes her role in the action-thriller The Bluff, now available on Amazon Prime Video. Anticipation is building for her next project, SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi, where she will portray Mandakini alongside notable actors Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. This film is set to debut on April 7, 2027, marking Chopra’s first appearance in a Telugu film.

In addition to her film projects, Chopra is also gearing up for the second season of the web series Citadel, which has generated significant buzz. As the award season approaches, her involvement continues to excite fans and highlight her influential presence in the entertainment industry.
